At Candy Haven Shop, we want every bite to be as perfect as unwrapping a fresh bon bon! If your candy experience didn’t meet your sweet expectations, here’s how we’ll make it right.

Our Sweet Return Promise

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery. Your happiness matters more to us than the last piece of chocolate in the box!

Important Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
– Unwrapped bulk candy (like our Bulk Unwrapped Candy selection)
– Opened packages of Bubble Gum or Bite Size candies
– Personalized Candy Favors

How to Return or Exchange

Follow these steps sweeter than caramel:

  1. Contact our Candy Concierge within 15 days of delivery at [email protected] with your order number
  2. Wait for approval – we’ll respond faster than you can say “gummy bears” (usually within 24 hours)
  3. Package your return securely in the original packaging if possible
  4. Ship to:

Refund Information

Once we receive your return:

  • Processing time: 3-5 business days (we work faster than chocolate melts in summer!)
  • Refund method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping costs: Non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Exchange Shipping

For exchanges:

  • We’ll ship your new candy as soon as we process the return
  • Standard shipping fees apply unless the exchange is due to our mistake
  • Free shipping threshold ($50+) applies to exchanged items too!

Damaged or Wrong Items?

If your candy arrived damaged or incorrect (as rare as a broken candy cane!), contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos. We’ll send replacements faster than you can pop a bubble gum bubble!
