We offer a rainbow of sweet treats from around the world! Our menu includes Asian candy, bite-size treats, bon bons, bubble gum, bulk candy (both wrapped and unwrapped), candy bars, candy buttons, candy canes, caramel candy, chili candy, chocolate candy, cinnamon candy, coffee & tea candy, and more! We also carry party supplies to make your celebrations extra sweet.
Your candy’s freshness is our top priority! We store all treats in our temperature-controlled Kansas City warehouse and carefully package each order to prevent melting or damage. We only ship candy that meets our strict quality standards, and we recommend enjoying your sweets within 3 months for optimal freshness.
While we specialize in traditional candies, we do carry some sugar-free options in our inventory. Please check individual product descriptions or contact our team for specific dietary information. Note: Our facility handles common allergens like nuts, milk, and gluten.
📦 Shipping & Delivery
We process orders within 1-2 business days. Then you can choose:
Standard Sweet Delivery: 10-15 days via DHL/FedEx ($12.95 flat rate)
Free Sugar Rush Shipping: 15-25 days via EMS (free on orders over $50)

Yes! We ship our candy wonderland worldwide* with full tracking. However, we currently cannot ship to some Asian countries and remote locations. If you’re unsure about your area, just ask our sweet-toothed support team!
We take special care to package heat-sensitive items with ice packs and insulation during warmer months. If your candy arrives melted, please contact us within 15 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right!
💳 Payments & Orders
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB) and PayPal for your convenience. All transactions are securely processed.
We process orders quickly to get you your sweets fast! If you need to make changes, contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request if your order hasn’t entered processing.
No minimum order! Though orders over $50 qualify for Free Sugar Rush Shipping. Combine orders with friends to unlock free shipping and make your candy dollars go further!
🔄 Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 15-day return policy from the delivery date. If something isn’t right with your order, contact our Happy Helpers team immediately. Please note: Due to the perishable nature of candy, we can only accept returns of unopened, resellable items.
Oh no! We’re so sorry for the mix-up. Please contact us within 15 days with your order number and photos of what you received. We’ll either send the correct item or issue a refund—your choice!
Due to the perishable nature of candy, we don’t offer direct exchanges. However, you can return the unwanted item (if unopened and resellable) for a refund, then place a new order for your preferred treats.
🔐 Account Questions
Click “Forgot Password” on the login page, and we’ll send a sweet little email with instructions to create a new password. If you don’t see our email, check your spam folder—sometimes our messages get mistaken for candy!
Absolutely! Just use the tracking number from your shipping confirmation email. However, creating an account lets you view your order history and save your favorite treats for next time!
Your privacy is as important to us as the secret recipe for our favorite candies! We use industry-standard encryption and never share your information with third parties (except what’s necessary for shipping your sweet deliveries).
